As we embark on our 3rd edition of 2023, we extend a warm welcome to you. Daykio Plantations Ltd (DPL) proudly celebrates 39 years of excellence in the dynamic real estate market, dedicated to making home ownership accessible and affordable for everyone. This year has presented its share of challenges, with social, economic, and political uncertainties impacting the purchasing landscape. Despite these hurdles, both as an organization and within the broader real estate market, we have navigated through by offering innovative solutions, particularly through flexible payment plans.

Throughout the year, we observed shifts in customer behaviour influenced by job losses, reduced business incomes, and closures. In response, DPL management exhibited adaptability and responsiveness by implementing an interest waiver from June to December 2023. This measure aimed to alleviate the financial burden on our valued customers. 

We extend a special invitation to our diaspora customers to explore investment opportunities by engaging with the Daykio team during this period. DPL's track record of trust underscores our success stories, making us the preferred real estate hub for Kenyans locally and in the diaspora.Daykio Plantations Ltd is truly a Home for Everyone.
